When unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays cause missed connections and transfers, VIPA Assistance Coordinators will assist with emergency alternative arrangements including flights, transfers and accommodation changes and/or bookings.

Stuck by the side of a road due to a vehicle break-down? VIPA will get security services to you, coordinate towing services and arrange alternative means of transportation to get you to your destination safely and with as little delay as possible.

All travel related inconveniences are catered for and includes (but are not limited to):

• Airport Meet & Greet Services
• Emergency Accommodation and Transfers
• Roadside Emergency Assistance
• Lost Luggage Assistance
• Assistance with lost or stolen travel documents
• Referrals to appropriate embassies or consular offices
• “Turn-by-turn” driving directions
