VIPA Assistance Coordinators have access to a national panel of practicing attorneys and advocates in the event of a member needing legal assistance of any nature.

In most instances members will be offered a choice of attorneys based on area of specialization and geographical location.

In an emergency of this nature, messages can be relayed to the member’s next of kin or relevant contact person.
