What to do now?
Follow the link below to register your Agency as an authorised issuer of VIP Association memberships.
Your request for registration will be logged on our system to be approved.
After approval you will be provided with login details. (The approval process does a quick background inquiry and checks for duplicate applications).
Once registered as VIP Association agent or agency, each one of your sales staff can be linked to your reseller code.
Each staff member will be given a username (Email) and pass code.
Administrators will be able to monitor and track VIP membership sales of their agents allowing full sales tracking and monitoring.
The Process: Taking on new Members
Login from the website by clicking on the “login” button
Click on “New Client” and follow the instructions
On registration of a new member for the VIP Association, such member will receive a text message and/or e-mail from the VIP Association confirming:
a receipt of the application,
pending receipt of payment.
If you do not have an email or cell number for the client – use your own email as correspondence address; you must make sure to forward the relevant information (referred to below) to your client/s when in contact with him/her/them.
Once payment is confirmed, another text message and/or email will be sent including a unique membership number and the VIPA911 SPOC (Single Point Of Contact) call centre phone number – this is toll free call and the number is very easy to remember – 080 HELP 911 (080 4357 911).

Pricing
VIP Association membership and services pricing is fixed, thus ensuring VIPA911 registered agencies will not be undersold by direct sales.
Method of payment:
Agencies can process payments
in bulk by EFT, or
in bulk by Credit Card or
by using their clients credit cards to pay us online via the registration process
With options 1 and 2 the agency retains its 20% fee and pays the balance. With option 3, we need the agency’s banking details in order to make a payment transfer. This will take place on the 5th day (or next working day closest to the 5th) of each month.
Recurring Clients
Once your client is registered for VIP Association membership, he/she will remain on our database, and will easily be activated for the next trip. The agency will once again earn their commission. It is our company policy to NEVER solicit your clients for any direct business or whatever. Your clients remain yours and their privacy will be respected and protected.
